MaryRose Croddick started every game as a freshman and earned honorable mention All-Ivy. She was the only player to play every minute of the season. She made defensive saves in the wins against Cornell and Appalachian State and had a shot against Lehigh.

Freshmen Alex Iqbal (second-team) and MaryRose Croddick (honorable mention) each earned All-Ivy honors in 2011. This was the first time in the program's history that two freshmen represented Penn on the All-Ivy squad.
