Head Coach :
Jerome Allen
On his team's motivation for the rivalry:
"If you try to talk to the guys before the game asking what's our motivation, why you play the game, there is so much hype around the game. [It's] our 225th meeting against Princeton, they're our rivals, they beat us the last three years on this floor. What are you playing for? Are you playing to get a number up in the rafter at the end of the season? It shouldn't be that. You shouldn't have to look for any extra motivation to play this game, because you have to focus on the task at hand. And after saying that, I have so much respect for this rivalry. It's in the fabric of Penn basketball. It's great to play in, it's great to be a spectator as well. I respect the University, I respect the league, but I just want to make it about our guys and what we're trying to accomplish."

Senior Zack Rosen
On the Princeton Rivalry:
"It's not so much about it being against them [Princeton], it's a sweet victory. It gives us some momentum going into Yale and Brown away this weekend. The student support was great, it was rocking in here.

On the team's execution:
It was all about taking all of the opportunities that presented themselves. We worked for four days on how we were going to attack their pick-and-roll coverage. Coach gave us every scenario and every possible way they were going to cover it. I think that we did a good job of executing what we practiced in terms of offensive execution."
