Located in the southern portion of Penn Park, the Hamlin Tennis Center is the home of the Penn men's and women's tennis teams. The facility was opened in the fall of 2011. One of the finest collegiate outdoor tennis facilities in the East, the Hamlin Tennis Center boasts 12 all-weather courts that can be separated into sets of three or six. Six of the courts have been set up for varsity matches and can be viewed from stadium seating as well as an elevated area.

At the Western edge of Penn Park, the Robert P. Levy Tennis Pavilion serves as the indoor home to the Penn tennis programs. Opened in 1973 and expanded in 1978, the Levy Pavilion boasts eight glare-free Devoe illuminated with well-placed Plexi Pave surfaces and seasonal air conditioning. There is a spacious observation deck where fans can watch matches on the front four courts.
