PHILADELPHIA - High School athletes are invited to come spend part of their summer with the 15-time Ivy League champions. Space is filling up quickly for each of Penn Football's four single-day camp clinics.
The single-day clinics are open to any player entering grades 9 through 12 in the fall of 2013. This year's camp dates are Friday, June 27; Saturday, June 28; Sunday, July 13; and Saturday, July 19. Kicking and punting specialist camps are incorporated into the June 28 and July 19 camp dates.
At the camp, players will learn from one of the winningest coaches in FCS history, Al Bagnoli. As the longest tenured coach in Penn history (21 years) and the second-winningest active coach in the FCS, Coach Bagnoli has the taken his place among the elite coaching names in college football history. Bagnoli owns the second-highest Ivy League winning percentage of all-time and no coach in League history has won more outright Ivy titles than the eight championship rings Bagnoli has accumulated. He is just one of six coaches in FCS history to record 200 career wins and the only coach to claim back-to-back undefeated Ivy titles - which he's done three times.
In addition to the Penn Coaching Staff, selected high school/college coaches will assist with the overnight camp.
