CSA Individual Championships: Day Two

PHILADELPHIA – Day two of the College Squash Association (CSA) individual championships saw only one University of Pennsylvania men’s squash member advance.

Freshman George Lemmon won two matches on Saturday to continue to advance in the consolation round of the Molloy Cup division for players ranked 33-80 in the country. Lemmon won his first match, 11-6, 12-10, 11-7 and his second match in a tight four games 12-10, 11-5, 4-11, 13-11.

In the main draw, sophomore Tyler Odell fell in three straight games in the round of 16. Freshman Rahil Fazelbhoy competed in a five game decision, ultimately falling 3-2.

Michael Mutscheller, Liam Quinn, and Augie Frank all lost their consolation matches on day two.
