Frequently Asked Questions about PennEAI (PDF)

PennEAI -- a web-based program introduced to Penn Athletics coaches and student-athletes in spring 2009 -- will be live for the 2013-14 academic year not later than July 15 with enhancements, such as an Announcements section and a Miscellaneous Forms section (e.g., Summer Contact Form, etc.).

PennEAI is an access-controlled website created to assist Penn Athletics in meeting its compliance and rules education objectives. PennEAI's initial and continuing purpose is to provide Penn athletes with a simplified way to complete eligibility-required forms, and for coaches to track the progress of their athletes' forms and the certification of their eligibility for practice and competition.

Effective with the 2011-12 academic year, PennEAI will feature an Announcements section to provide additional information to coaches, staff and student-athletes. In addition, coaches will be able to create athletic travel itineraries for their away-from-home contests. Finally, a Miscellaneous Forms section will allow student-athletes, coaches and staff to complete a variety of compliance-related forms (e.g., requests for outside competition, promotional events, etc.).

Access to PennEAI is restricted only to Penn Athletics staff and student-athletes. A Pennkey and Pennkey password is required for login. Only student-athletes listed on an intercollegiate athletic team roster for the 2011-12 academic year have access to PennEAI. All other Penn students are blocked from PennEAI. Therefore, if you are a student and you cannot access PennEAI with your Pennkey and Pennkey password, please contact your coach. Only the coach may add a student to a team's roster. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE PENN ATHLETICS COMPLIANCE OFFICE.
