The University of Pennsylvania fields 33 Men’s and Women’s intercollegiate sports teams. The following sports require tickets:

All other intercollegiate athletic events are FREE unless noted on a particular sport's schedule.

Group Tickets

A group ticket rate is available for Penn Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Wrestling. If you are interested in bringing your group out to a Penn Athletics event contact the Assistant Ticket Manager, Brian Haggerty, at (215) 573-3932 or bhagg@pobox.upenn.edu

METHODS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS

Online

Single game tickets for football, men and women's basketball, wrestling and the Penn Relays may be purchased online or by visiting the appropriate sport's link above. For season ticket orders and group orders, contact the Penn Athletics Ticket Office directly. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted on line. Per ticket service charges apply to all on line orders. On line orders can be mailed or placed at will call for pickup.

 

In Person

Season tickets and single game tickets for Football, Men and Women’s Basketball, Wrestling and the Penn Relays can be purchased in person at the Penn Athletics Ticket Office. On sale dates will be announced on the appropriate sports’ link above. Ticket office window hours for the summer are Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are also available at athletic venues on game days usually one hour prior to game time. There are no processing fees for purchases made in person. The Penn Athletics Ticket Office accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

 

 

By Phone


Season tickets and single game tickets for Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Wrestling and The Penn Relays can be purchased by calling the Athletic Ticket Office. Ticket office hours for the summer are Monday-Friday from 10am to 3pm, and Monday-Friday 10-5pm from Labor Day until the end of May. There is a $6 processing fee for all phone orders.



 

OTHER TICKETING INFORMATION

 General Policies


-All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges on any order.
-If "bad" checks or invalid credit cards are provided for payment, orders will not be processed until payment in received.
-Season tickets are mailed generally two weeks prior to the start of a season.
-Renewal of season tickets are NOT GUARANTEED if received after the published renewal deadline.

 

 

Will Call


All orders received less than 7 days prior to the date of the event will be held at Will Call (located at the venue where the event is held). The tickets will be held under the name in which they were ordered. Customers must have a Photo ID for pickup. Will Call opens 1 hour prior to the event. Purchased tickets can also be picked up in advance at the Athletic Ticket Office during normal business hours. Fans can also leave tickets for Will Call when they arrive at events.

 

 

Student


All Penn students with a valid PennCard receive free admission to all Penn athletic events EXCEPT Men’s Basketball. Penn students must purchase tickets to all Men’s Basketball games. Season tickets are sold first during “The Line” with the sale date being announced in October. “The Line” participants receive first choice of seat location and opportunities to purchase away game and postseason tickets. Individual tickets, based on availability, will then be sold at a discounted rate to Penn students. Students may purchase only one ticket at the discounted rate to individual games after the season sale has commenced. If student tickets remain for home contests, they are available at the Penn Athletic Ticket Office during business hours and in The Palestra’s East Lobby beginning 1 hour before home contests begin.  The Penn Athletics Ticket Office cannot accept Bursar cards for payment at this time. For The Penn Relays, students are allowed free for General Admission on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, there are no student discounts.

 

 

Faculty - Staff Tickets


Faculty/Staff with a valid PennCard receive free admission to all events with the following exceptions:

For Complimentary Faculty Tickets Prior to the Game

Please use the Quaker e-Pass System.  Follow the steps below to create a new account.  If you are already a member, sign in and follow the steps for ordering tickets with your Quaker e-Pass.  If you need your login information (user name and password) contact the ticket office at 215-898-6151.

 TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT:

  • Go to www.pennathletics.com
  • On the top right hand side, there is a place to login to your account.  Underneath the login area, click on the “create your passport” button.
  • On the Next Page, select “create new account” and fill out the registration form.
  • You will be prompted to enter a credit card number.  YOU MUST PROVIDE VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.  If you are only ordering your five complimentary tickets, your card will not be charge

 TO ORDER TICKETS WITH YOUR QUAKER E-PASS

  • Click on the Tickets tab
  • Select Buy Tickets
  • Under Football, select “Purchase Event Tickets”
  • Select the first game you would like to attend
  • Above the seating chart is the heading “group sales.” On the right side it asks for a group sales password/promo code. 
    • Type in your staff promo code fbstaff and click “Show”
  • The page will refresh and under the group sales heading, you can select up to four reserved tickets.  Please note orders exceeding four tickets will be cancelled in our office
  • Click “Reserve Tickets”
  • Select Will Call for your delivery option and select “Confirm Reservation”
  • If you would like to pay for additional tickets to the game or order staff tickets for another game, click “order more tickets” and repeat the process. 
  • When you are finished with your order, select “Pay for tickets”
  • On the next page you can confirm the order.  If you have any special request, you can let us know at this time. 
  • When your order is complete, click “Process Order”

Once you place your order please give the ticket office 48 hours to print your tickets.  Tickets can be picked up in advance at the Weightman Hall Ticket Office.   Any orders placed the day before the game will be available to pick up an hour before game time.  All orders will be marked at staff tickets and must be picked up with a Penn IDIf you have any questions you can inquire via email or by calling our office at 215.898.6151 – press 7.  Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm.

 

For Complimentary Faculty Tickets on Game Day


To avoid the lines, we recommend using the e-Pass System as outlined above, but when this is not possible, simply stop by the Penn Athletic Ticket Office on Game Day and show your Staff/Faculty ID to get a complimentary ticket.

 

 

Men’s Basketball—Faculty/Staff can purchase season tickets for Men’s Basketball at a discounted rate. There are no discounts for individual games.

 

 

The Penn Relays—Faculty/Staff are admitted free for General Admission seating on Thursday and Friday. There are no Faculty/Staff discounts on Saturday.

 

 

 

Entry Policies


For sports that charge admission, all fans must have a ticket, a credential or PennCard to enter. No re-entry is allowed for ticketed events. Click on the following links for more facility entry policies:

Children’s Tickets


All children ages 3 and older must have a ticket to enter a ticketed Penn athletic event. Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge and must sit on their parent’s lap.

 

Game Day Ticket Sales


Tickets usually go on sale at the venue one hour prior to an event. NOTE: Cash is the only accepted form of payment for tickets at these venues.
