PHILADELPHIA - The Penn Sports Network checks in with the volleyball team one last time before Friday night's season opener at 7 p.m. against Temple. Today, the two returning Quakers who were honored by the Ivy League last season -- first-team libero Dani Shepherd and honorable mention middle blocker Amanda Pacheco -- discuss last season's accomplishments, their offseason training and the challenges they'll face as opponents gear their focus on shutting the two of them down.
