PHILADELPHIA - The Penn women's soccer team returns three All-Ivy players from a year ago. One of them is senior captain Erin Beck. The others? Senior Sarah Banks was a first-team selection in goal, and junior Kathryn Barth was a second-team honoree at forward. The Penn Sports Network met up with the duo following a recent practice to get their take on the preseason, discussing their respective ends of the field.

The women open the regular season this weekend, hosting James Madison Friday night and city rival Temple Sunday night; both games are the back end of a doubleheader with the men, who kick off at 5 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday.
