ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Dana Bonincontri put forth a phenomenal showing at the NCAA Gymnastics Regionals in Ann Arbor, Michigan on Saturday night. After being selected to compete in the All-Around, Bonincontri set a career-high with a score of 38.9 in all four of the events. This career-best mark just barely missed qualifying her for the NCAA Championships.

After a scheduled bye in the first round of the competition, Bonincontri started her night off on the Floor Exercise. On the floor, Bonincontri started out strong, tying a career-high with a 9.8 on the floor. This mark tied her for 19th out of the 42 gymnasts competing in the event, which was her highest place in any event.

Following her strong performance on floor, the Quaker's sophomore posted another career-high on the vault with her 9.725 in the third rotation. Her career-best in vault was good enough for 27th overall.

The team will now head out to the Air Force Academy for the USA Collegiate Gymnastics Championships. This meet will get underway this Friday, April 8.
