Penn will be in an eight-team field that also includes Yale from the Ivy League. Those two will join the host Colonials, Monmouth, Rider, Holy Cross, Hofstra and St. Francis (Pa.) for 36 holes on Friday and a final 18 on Saturday.
Penn will roll out a lineup that includes last year's Ivy League individual champion, junior Scotty Williams, as well as the 2010 Ivy League Rookie of the Year in Colin St. Maxens. They will be joined by P.J. Fielding, Dillon Hakes, and freshman Max Marsico. Three other Penn players will join the field and play as individuals -- Kevin Huntington, Geoff Locher, and Philip Winter.
"We are looking forward to returning to Bear Trap Dunes where we have had a lot of success in the past," said head coach Scott Allen, who was the head coach at GW before he came to Penn three years ago. "We've had two wins and three other top three finishes in the last five years. I'm also looking forward to having Max and Scotty in the lineup at the same time."
