WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The Penn women's golf team is tied for third after Saturday's first round at the C&F Bank Intercollegiate, being hosted this weekend at the par-72 Blackheath Course at Ford's Colony Resort.

Yale is atop the 20-team leaderboard with 296, followed by St. John's (308). Penn and Elon are tied for third, at 315, while Old Dominion and Georgetown are tied for fifth at 317.

Individually, freshman Michelle Lee is among four golfers tied for second place after she shot a 2-under-par 74. They are well behind the individual leader, Yale's Seo Hee Moon, who carded a first-round 66 and is eight shots ahead of the field.

Sophomore Isabel Han is tied for sixth overall, as she shot a 75 Saturday. Junior Tiffany Cheung and freshman Rui Li carded 84s on the day and are tied for 55th, while Olivia Chang shot 84 and is tied for 63rd.

The tournament will conclude with 18 holes on Sunday.
