TAMPA, FLA. - The Penn men's tennis team ended its Florida trip on a disappointing note, falling to South Florida by a score of 5-2 on Friday afternoon. After losing the doubles point, only Ismael Lahlou and Vim De Alwis were able to pick up victories in singles.

Though two of the three doubles matches were hotly contested, the Bulls walked away with wins in all three matches for the 1-0 lead on the afternoon. Nikola Kocovic and Zach Katz fell in No. 1 doubles, 8-6, while Austin Kaplan and Sylvester Wee lost at No. 2, 9-7.

Moving into singles, Lahlou took home a straight-set victory at No. 3, 6-4, 6-3. That was countered by wins in straights from USF at Nos. 1, 4 and 5. Jeremy Court took the first set at No. 2, 6-4, but fell by identical 6-3, 6-3 scores in the final two sets.
