Filip Kricka was hired in July 2012 and is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Penn women's tennis program.

As a senior in 2009, Kricka served as a team captain while playing his way to first-team all-conference honors and a spot on the Atlantic Sun's All-Tournament Team. He was also an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar Athlete his senior year.

After graduating with a degree in integrated health science, Kricka served as a volunteer assistant coach with the Hatters. Kricka has also honed his skills as an instructor while working as a tennis professional at The Club of Riverdale in New York and the assistant tennis professional at the Cloveleigh Club in Rye, N.Y.
