PHILADELPHIA - In her final regular season games as a member of the Penn Quakers, Erin Brennan continued her climb up the record books, joining rare air in the annals of Penn's women's lacrosse program. Along the way, she helped ensure a sixth-consecutive Ivy League championship for the Red and Blue. Appropriately, she was recognized as the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

|Wednesday evening saw Brennan close out her series with Princeton in fine fashion, as she scored two goals and added two assists as Penn clinched an Ivy League title for the sixth year in a row. At the 17:11 mark of the first half, Brennan scored to give Penn a 5-4 lead. Not only was the goal huge in the scope of the game - Penn never trailed from that point on - but it was a historic goal for the program as well. With the tally, Brennan registered her 200th career point - something only three Penn players have ever done. At the end of the week, Brennan had moved from third to second all-time with 205 career points. She also sits second in assists with 83 career helpers and is third in goals with 129.

Brennan picked up her fifth Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week award with her selection this week, and third of the season. She will return to University City for games this coming weekend as the Quakers earned the right to host the Ivy League Tournament for the third consecutive season as outright Ivy League champions. She has ten points in three career games during Ivy League Tournament play, and was named All-Tournament in 2010. Penn will play Harvard on Friday night at 8 p.m., following the first semifinal between Dartmouth and Cornell. The championship game is scheduled for Sunday at noon. All three games will take place at Dunning-Cohen Champions Field at Penn Park.
