Menís Squash Defeated by No. 1 Trinity

HARTFORD, Conn. – On the road to face top-ranked Trinity College, the University of Pennsylvania men’s squash team fell 9-0 to the Bantams Saturday afternoon.

Ranked 10th, the Quakers (4-2, 1-1 Ivy) were able to make several individual matches close, but ultimately were blanked by No. 1 Trinity (9-0).

In the third position on the ladder, Augie Frank had his opponent Vrishab Kotian down 2-0, before falling in five games.

Rahil Fazelbhoy battled in a back-and-forth match with Elroy Leong in the fourth position, eventually falling 3-2 as well.

After two weekends in a row facing the top teams in the nation, Penn will look to bounce back with a match against inter-city rival Drexel, Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. in Ringe Courts.
