PRINCETON, N.J. - Not even the snow could hold off a high powered Princeton attack as the No. 3 Tigers justified their ranking on Thursday evening, sweeping Penn 9-0. Penn (4-5, 1-3 Ivy) will now be faced with the task of regrouping before it plays the final two Ivy League Contests of the year.

The Quakers managed to win one game at the number three and seven spots on the ladder with James Clark and Daniel Judd. However, that would be all the closer Penn would get as the remainder of the matches ended in three game defeats for the visitors. Judd opened his match at number seven with a win in the first game, 11-9. He then dropped the remaining three games. At number three, Clark dropped the first game 11-1, but stormed back to take the second game 11-8 and tie up the match. However, Princeton would regain momentum and take the final two games of the match.

Penn will now have just over a week to prepare for its final Ivy League Contests of the year. Things will certainly not get any easier on the Quakers in the upcoming week as No. 6 Harvard visits Ringe Courts next Saturday. Following them will be a matchup with No. 7 Dartmouth on Sunday.
