New Haven, Conn. -
With only one bout on the docket for the men's fencing team on Sunday, there simply wasn't enough of an opportunity to make up for yesterday's disappointing showing. But, with a 16-11 win over Yale, the Quakers were able to rally to finish the Ivy League Round Robins at 2-3 and in a third place tie with Columbia.

Princeton won the team title with a 5-0 record while Harvard came in second at 4-1.

Utilizing a 7-2 edge in saber to full effect, Penn had a relatively easy go of it against the Bulldogs on Sunday morning. Evan Prochniak went 3-0 and with an overall record of 11-4 over the two days, was the lone Quaker to make First Team All-Ivy. Fellow saberist Sean Turner was honored with Second Team All-Ivy. Jason Chang (8-7) in foil and Clifford Fishler (8-6) in epee were the other two members of the squad to finish with records above .500 for the weekend.

Penn is off next weekend, returning to the strips for a busy two days in action in two weeks, first competing at the Temple Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 25, before going to New York for the U.S. Collegiate Weapon Squad Championships on Sunday, Feb. 26.
