WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS. – The fith ranked Penn women’s squash team made the trip up to Williamstown, Mass. on Friday. The Quakers (4-0) defeated No. 10 Williams (1-3), 9-0, and have not lost a set to this point in the season.

The Red and Blue are now 22-9 all-time against the Ephs, and have not lost a match to them since Jan. 20, 2002. Leading the way for Penn were senior tri-captains Nabilla Ariffin (No. 1), Pia Trikha (No. 2), and Stephanie Vogel (No. 9). All three were coming off extended rest after not playing against Drexel on Nov. 28, and all three won their matches against their Williams’ counterparts in straight sets.

The Quakers will take a break for the early part of winter, then return Jan. 12-13 for a double dose of Ivy League action when No. 1 Harvard and No. 8 Dartmouth visit the Ringe Squash Courts.
