Bagnoli: "This is What You Work For"

Since 2003, the Asa A. Bushnell Cup, the Ivy League's championship trophy, has eluded the Penn football program. This Saturday against defending co-title winner Harvard, the Quakers have the chance to re-capture a share of the conference crown in a battle of the Ancient Eight's last two unbeaten teams. After pummeling Princeton 42-7 last Saturday for the most lopsided victory over their chief rival in 66 years, the Red and Blue improved to 6-2 / 5-0, a record identical to their Crimson counterparts with whom they currently share first place.

In the ninth episode of the 'Independence Blue Cross Al Bagnoli Show,' the George A. Munger Head Coah of Football at Penn reflects on his offense's breakout performance the Tigers, and several standout individual efforts in that tilt. Bagnoli also offers insight on the environment at practice over the course of this past week, and the threats that Harvard will present his club in two days.
