Bagnoli's Quakers Looking to "Get Momentum, Confidence" Starting Ancient Eight Slate

After opening the 2009 campaign with defeats to two challening non-conference opponents, the Red and Blue aim to rebound as they begin their Ivy League schedule this Saturday in a nationally televised contest at Dartmouth.

In this season's second episode of the 'Independence Blue Cross Al Bagnoli Show,' the George A. Munger Head Coach of Football at Penn offers an assessment of his squad two weeks into its slate. He discusses the struggles of the Quakers' defense in the first half of its previous outing at Lafayette, the comeback of QB Kyle Olsen, and the emergence of several underclassmen as key contributors.

The program, hosted by the Quakers' radio play-by-play broadcaster Brian Seltzer C'07, also guages Coach Bagnoli's take on the Big Green team that his club confronts this weekend.
