Fencing Announces Coaching Changes

PHILADELPHIA – The Young Family Head Coach of Penn Fencing, Andy Ma, has announced a pair of changes to his coaching staff for the 2016-17 school year.

Randall LeMaster, who is currently an assistant coach, will move into the role of Director of Fencing Operations for the Quakers. LeMaster is entering his seventh season with the Red and Blue, and has served a pivotal role in Penn’s rise in the Ivy League for both the men’s and women’s teams. He has been on Coach Ma’s staff since 2010.

ADi Nott, a volunteer assistant for Penn last season, has been elevated to a full-time assistant coaching position. Nott is a 2009 graduate of Notre Dame, where she was a four-time NCAA Fencing All-American. Nott recently completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Penn’s School of Social Policy & Practice.

Slava Danilov will also return as an assistant coach this season, entering his third year with the Quakers.
