Football Alumni Can Get Free Single Game Tickets in '08 Season

PHILADELPHIA - This year, Penn Athletics is granting any alumnus of the Penn Football program two (2) free tickets to any one home football game in the 2008 season. To redeem this privilege, call or email Athletics Coordinator Don Snyder, C'06 at 215.746.0020 or snyderdg@upenn.edu.

In addition, to celebrate the opening of the 132nd season of Penn Football with a home game against Villanova on Saturday, September 20, 2008, at 3:30pm, the Penn Athletics department would like to invite all former football players to come down to the Athletics VIP Hospitality Area for pre-game and the first half. This VIP Hospitality Area, which for most of the other four 2008 home games will be reserved for Penn Athletics' R. Tait McKenzie Society donors, will open its "doors" to all former Penn Football players and their guests for the season opener. The tent will be located on the track at the east end of Franklin Field (in the "round" end).

Why not use your free ticket privilege to arrange for free entry to the Villanova game, and then parlay that with free VIP Hospitality tent admission? Bring your family down onto the track and into the Penn Athletics VIP Hospitality Tent, where you can grab a cold drink and a hoagie while you watch pre-game warmups and the first half of the game.

We are hoping that all those who helped create the tradition of excellence and perseverence at Pennsylvania will gather and support the 2008 team as they take the field and try to break the three game slide against our cross town FCS rival. To get your name on the passlist, RSVP to Don Snyder using the above contact info by Thursday, September 18, 2008.
