PHILADELPHIA - For the first time, University of Pennsylvania football fans can watch all seven Ivy League matchups online with the Ivy League Digital Network. In addition, every game can also be heard through the local Philadelphia area airwaves on WNTP 990AM or WFIL 560AM, or globally on the web through the Penn Sports Network (PSN).
In all, seven Penn games will be webcasted through the Ivy League Digital Network and another will be featured on national television. The Ivy League Digital Network will show the PSN webcast of all five home games. The new network will also show the road games at Columbia (Oct. 19) and Brown (Nov. 2). In addtion, the matchup at Harvard (Nov. 16) can be seen on the NBC Sports Network.
Features of the new Ivy League Digital Network include a DVR feature to pause, rewind and fast forward; a picture-in-picture feature to watch multiple games at a time; live stats and live twitter feeds, and slow-motion replays. Every game will be shown in HD.
Penn's radio and PSN broadcast crew will feature a familiar duo in play-by-play man Brian Seltzer, C'08, who enters his sixth season at the position, and legendary analyst Hench Murray, C'66, GEd '67, who is entering his 33rd season in the Franklin Field radio booth.
In addition to the local coverage on WNTP 990AM and WFIL 560AM, live audio is available wherever you are for all 10 Penn games on PSN at PennAthletics.com.
The five home games webcasted on PSN will include the season opener against Lafayette (Sept. 21, 6 p.m.), Dartmouth (Oct. 5, 1 p.m.), Yale (Oct. 26, 1 p.m.), Princeton (Homecoming, Nov. 9, Noon) and Cornell (Nov. 23, 1 p.m.).
