Harvard Ends Women's Squash's Run at Title

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Third-seeded Harvard upset second seed Penn Saturday, defeating the Quakers, 6-3, in the women's squash Howe Cup at Yale.

Penn, which had beaten the Crimson just one week ago at home by the same scoreline, will now face Yale in the third-place match Sunday at 2 p.m.

The Quakers lost at the top five positions, with Tara Chawla, Christina Matthias and Lauralynn Drury picking up the wins for Penn.

Chawla had to dig deep to defeat Katherine O'Donnell, 3-2, while Matthias eased by Christine Neo, 3-0, at No. 8. Drury picked up a 3-1 winover Sandra Mumanachit at No. 9.
