PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania’s men’s heavyweight rowing team will head to Lake Carnegie on Sunday to compete in the Princeton Chase. Rowing is set to begin at 9:30 a.m., with eights taking to the water first and fours getting into the action in the afternoon.

Last year, the Quakers were eighth out of 57 boats in the Varsity Eight, owning a 2.898-second advantage over the next finishing crew.

In the Frosh Eights, the Quakers were one of two crews at the head of the class, taking second to Cal, but a cavernous 9.703 seconds ahead of the third place Navy boat.
