PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania heavyweight rowing team returns to home waters on Saturday, competing in the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta. Racing starts at 8 a.m. on the Schuylkill, with Penn’s first race commencing at 9:50 a.m.
