PHILADELPHIA - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) has named its All-Region teams for the 2015 NCAA Division I women's soccer season, and University of Pennsylvania senior defender Paige Lombard was honored as a third-team selection in the Mid-Atlantic region.

A transfer from the University of Miami (Fla.), Lombard missed the entire 2014 campaign which gives her another year of eligibility next season. In her return to the field this fall, Lombard was the anchor of a defense that gave up just 11 goals -- the third-fewest goals allowed in a season in the program's 25-year history -- and posted a 0.63 goals-against average in 16 matches. In addition, Lombard was the Quakers' second-leading scorer this season with three tallies.

Also a unanimous first-team All-Ivy selection this year, Lombard was one of just seven Ivy Leaguers named to the Mid-Atlantic All-Region teams.

Penn finished the season with a 6-4-6 overall record, and went 1-2-4 in Ivy League play to tie for fifth place.
