Men's Basketball Announces Class of 2020

PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania’s John R. Rockwell Head Coach of Men’s Basketball, Steve Donahue, has announced his freshman class for the upcoming 2016-17 season. Six men will join the Quakers’ roster this season as freshmen.

“I believe that our staff did a tremendous job in finding guys who embody the core values we stress to our team every day,” said Donahue, who recently completed his first season with the Quakers in 2015-16. “These young men possess the type of talent and character that good programs are built upon. I’m very excited for these new guys to come in and make an immediate impact on the court, in the locker room, and in the classroom. We are bringing in a couple of local guys, but also some guys who are coming from notoriously good basketball areas across the country. I have no doubt that they will blend well with our returning guys to produce a team capable of great things.”
