PHILADELPHIA – The Ivy League has announced its television package for the 2016-17 men’s and women’s basketball seasons. As a result, the University of Pennsylvania men’s basketball team has announced some changes to its schedule.
Penn will have two Ivy League games televised by the American Sports Network. As a result, the Quakers will move those games from Saturday to Sunday tipoffs:
*Cornell at Penn will now be SUNDAY, FEB. 12 at 1 p.m.
*Penn at Yale will now be SUNDAY, FEB. 19 at 1 p.m.
Penn will have two games broadcast by ONE World Sports:
*Saturday, Jan. 7 at Princeton (7 p.m.) – please note the date change from Friday, Jan. 6
*Friday, March 3 vs. Dartmouth (7 p.m.)
Penn will have seven games televised on ESPN3 during the course of the season:
*Saturday, Dec. 10 vs. George Mason (2 p.m., also on ILDN)
*Monday, Dec. 12 at UCF (7 p.m.)
*Friday, Feb. 3 at Harvard (7 p.m., also on ILDN)
*Saturday, Feb. 4 at Dartmouth (7 p.m., also on ILDN)
*Friday, Feb. 10 vs. Columbia (7 p.m., also on ILDN)
*Friday, Feb. 17 at Brown (8 p.m., also on ILDN)
*Saturday, Feb. 25 at Columbia (TBA, also on ILDN)
