Men's and Women's Fencing Head to Penn State

PHILADELPHIA - Penn's men's and women's fencing teams head to State College, Pa. this weekend to participate in the Penn State Duals hosted by the Nittany Lions. Each team will have three matches on the day - fencing against Penn State, Haverford and Cleveland State.

The focus of the day will be on the Quakers' matches with Penn State. The Nittany Lions' are the defending national champions and the men's side iscurrently ranked first in the nation according to the USCFA College Fencing Coaches Poll. The Quakers are ranked sixth. In the women's rankings, Penn State is currently fourth while the Red and Blue sit eighth.
