Men's Basketball Announces Class of 2013

PHILADELPHIA - The University of Pennsylvania’s John R. Rockwell Head Coach of Men’s Basketball, Glen Miller, has announced his incoming class for the 2009 season. The program’s Class of 2013 will feature three recruited student-athletes.

“We are excited to have these three student-athletes joining our program,” said Miller, who enters his fourth season with the Quakers in 2009-10. “Each of them is versatile, skilled and has the passion and commitment level necessary to be a successful college basketball player here at Penn. Additionally, this group will have the benefit of learning from an experienced group of returning players, which will help their transition to the college game.”

These three incoming players will join a squad that returnseight letterwinners from the 2008-09 season. The Quakers went 10-18 overall last year, including 6-8 in the Ivy League.
