PHILADELPHIA - With Yale's 9-8 win over Harvard earlier today, the seeds are set for the 2016 Ivy League Men's Lacrosse Tournament next weekend in Providence, R.I.
Brown will be the top seed and host for the event. Yale is the second seed, Penn is the third seed, and Harvard is the fourth seed. So the Quakers will meet the Bulldogs in Friday's first semifinal, at 5 p.m., followed by the host Bears and Crimson at 8 p.m. Both of Friday's semis will air live on ESPN3. The winners move on the Tournament final on Sunday at noon in a game that can be seen on ESPNU.
Penn lost to Yale in overtime earlier this year in New Haven, falling 11-10 after leading by as much as 9-4 in the third quarter.
