Men's Squash Defeats Drexel, 7-2

PHILADEPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men’s squash team took down neighbor Drexel, 7-2, Wednesday evening on the strength of positions three through nine on its ladder.

The Quakers (5-2, 1-1 Ivy) continue to win matches in the 2013-14 season because of the depth of their team. The depth is a mixture of experience, led by senior John Dudzik and juniors Jack Maine and Michael Mutscheller and the emergence of freshman Rahil Fazelbhoy and George Lemmon.

With the victory, Penn pushed its series advantage over Drexel (6-8) to 3-0. The Dragons have only competed on the varsity level since the 2011-12 season.

The Red and Blue will now prepare for Ivy foe No. 7 Princeton. The Quakers and Tigers will face off Monday, Jan. 27 at6:00 p.m. in Ringe Courts.
