Men's Squash Notches Two Wins at Five Man Teams

Hartford, Conn. -- The University of Pennsylvania men's squash team recorded two wins in the first day of competition at the Five Man Teams. Penn's first teamdefeated Yale's first team, 3-2, while Penn's second teamdefeated Hamilton, 4-1.

Penn's first teamvictory was due to solid wins at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4. Rich Repetto defeated Nick Chirls, 3-0, to start the Quakers winning streak. Lee Rosen then defeated Moshe Sarfaty, 3-0, at No. 3 and Spencer Kurn clinched the win for the Red and Blue with a 3-0 sweep of Chris Wyant at No. 4.

Penn's winning ways then continued with the Quakers 4-1 defeat of Hamilton. Graham Bassett, Pierce Cravens, Suleyman Saleem and Rahell all notched victories in the win.
