Men's Squash Takes, 6-3, Decision Over Drexel

PHILADELPHIA – The 10th-ranked University of Pennsylvania men’s squash team played its way back into the win column with a 6-3 victory at 12th-ranked Drexel Tuesday evening.

Penn (6-3) was looking to build momentum entering the match, after falling in its previous two matches against top-five teams Harvard and Trinity.

The Quakers found success against the Dragons (4-5) in different parts of the ladder, solidifying the victory with its strength in the bottom three positions.

Individual victories in the seven, eight, and nine positions all came in the form of 3-0 victories posted by junior Augie Frank, sophomore Rahil Fazelbhoy, and junior Tyler Odell.

Other wins for Penn came from freshmen Marwan Mahmoud at No. 1, Hayes Murphy at No. 3, and James Watson at No. 5.

The Red and Blue return to action on the road, Jan. 28, as they travel to No. 8 Princeton to face their Ivy rivals.
