Men's Tennis to Compete in Ivy Plus Invitational

PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men’s tennis team will compete in the inaugural Ivy Plus Invitational hosted by Yale this weekend in New Haven, Conn. Action will begin on Friday and continue through Sunday in the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.

After last week’s performance at the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational, the Quakers look to make a strong showing this weekend at Yale. Penn sent 13 athletes to compete in Princeton, three of which finished above .500 and one competed in a final of his draw.

Along with host Yale, Penn will see fellow Ivy rivals Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, and Harvard. Other schools represented in the tournament are Army, Binghamton, Marist, Old Dominion, St. John’s, and UNC Wilmington.
