Men's Tennis Wins a Pair of Championships at Columbia Invitational

PHILADELPHIA - Freshman Ivan Turudic was a part of two championships on Sunday at the Columbia Invitational, winning both in single and doubles.

Turudic captured the Flight A singles title on Sunday, taking down Kevin Kung of Columbia in straight sets, 6-4, 6-1.

Turudic also earned the Flight A doubles title with fellow classmate Zach Katz after the Farleigh Dickinson duo of Peter Skvarka and Ibrahim Shams had to default their match due to injury.

Turudic and the rest of the Quakers return to the court on Thursday when they take part in the ITA Northeast Regional, held at Yale Oct. 14-19.
