Men's Postseason Qualifiers
PHILADELPHIA With five members of the University of Pennsylvania men’s track and field team already reaching postseason qualifying marks, the Quakers will try to add to that list at the Penn State Open in State College, Pa. Saturday.
The 15-team meet begins at 11 a.m. with the weight throw. The track events will start at noon with the mile run and will conclude at approximately 6:25 p.m. with the running of the 1,600-meter relay.

The Quakers’ five postseason qualifiers have all posted IC4A marks with junior John Carelli and senior Max Westman doing so in two events each. Carelli in the long jump and triple jump and Westman in the heptathlon and 60-meter hurdles.
Ivy League rival Cornell will also be competing as will Boston College, Delaware, Duquesne, East Carolina, IUP, Lincoln, Lock Haven Morgan State, Pittsburgh, Robert Morris, Rutgers, Seton Hall, St. John's and West Virginia.
