Men's Track Finishes First Day of Competition at Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA - The Quaker men's track team finished the first full day of competition at the 112th running of the Penn Relays on Thursday at Franklin Field.

Alejandro Shepard ran a 9:26.37 in the college men's steeplechase and Brady Fergusson stopped the clocks at 9:28.3 in the Olympic development men's steeplechase event.

Reid McEwen ran a 14.38.1 and Brian Trembley ran a 14.49.8 in the college men's 5,000 meter run.

Several Quakers will compete in the second day of the Penn Relays, tomorrow at Franklin Field.
