PHILADELPHIA The No. 2 Penn women’s squash team cruised to its seventh win of the season with an 8-1 decision over No. 9 Williams on Saturday afternoon. The Quakers are now 7-0 with just four matches left in the regular season.
Playing at the No .1 spot, Kristen Lange disposed of Toby Erye in three games. Erye gave Lange trouble in the third game, but Lange fought back from a small deficit to take the final game. Emily Goodwin only gave up one point in her win at the No. 8 spot in the ladder. Lange, Goodwin, Alisha Turner, Annie Madeira and Tara Chawla all remain undefeated.
Penn will host Trinity next Saturday, Jan. 24 in the last match before the anticipated bout at No. 1 Princeton.
