PHILADELPHIA The Penn football team will have five games televised during the upcoming 2006 season. Four games will air regionally on CN8, while another will air nationally on CSTV.
Penn will have its home opener against cross-city rival Villanova broadcast live on CN8 Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. The Quakers’ Ivy League clash at Yale on Oct. 21 will also air on CN8 at 12:30 p.m.
CSTV will air Penn’s Homecoming game with defending Ivy champion Brown Oct. 28 at noon, while CN8 will carry two more Ivy tilts, at Princeton (Nov. 4, 1 p.m.) and against Harvard (Nov. 11, 1 p.m.).
CN8 is available on Comcast cable systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. All CN8 broadcasts can also be viewed live online at www.cn8.tv. CSTV is on channel 610 for DirecTV customers or channel 152 for DISH Network users, and is also available on digital cable networks around the country.
