Penn Announces Football Times and Season Ticket Info

Season Ticket Information

PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania has announced game times and season ticket information for the 2006 football season. The schedule has the Quakers hosting five games at Franklin Field, beginning with the home opener on Sept. 23 against city rival Villanova at 7 p.m.

Penn opens the season at Lafayette on Sept. 16 (1 p.m.) in the first meeting between the two schools since 2002. The Quakers return home for their night game with Villanova before hosting Dartmouth in the Ivy League opener on Sept. 30 (1 p.m.).

The Red and Blue then hit the road for their final non-League game against Bucknell on Oct. 7 (1 p.m.). Columbia visits Franklin Field on Oct. 14 (1 p.m.) before the Quakers travel to Yale for a 12:30 p.m. kick on Oct. 21.

Defending Ancient Eight champion Brown comes to Philadelphia for a Homecoming clash on Oct. 28 (Noon). Penn visits archrival Princeton on Nov. 4 (1 p.m.) before playing its home finale against Harvard on Nov. 11 (1 p.m.). The final game of the season will pit the Quakers against Cornell in Ithaca, N.Y. on Nov. 16 (1 p.m.).
