Penn Football All-Access: Camp Profile ~ Widener Scrimmage

On the 12th day of Penn Football's pre-season camp, and 15 days away from the Quakers 2009 opener against Villanova, the Red and Blue were again paired with Widener University for an exhibition scrimmage. The event not only featured specialized situational periods concentrating on place kicking, red zone, short yardage, and goal line scenarios, but also four 15-minute live tackling periods. No score was kept.

From Franklin Field, the Penn Sports Network football radio broadcast team of Brian Seltzer and Hench Murray examined the significant storylines confronting the club heading into the upcoming season. Also, the George A. Munger Head Coach of Football Al Bagnoli discussed what he learned about his team this afternoon, the impressive progress of second-string QB Kyle Olson, and the squad's remaining objectives prior to meeting the Wildcats on September 19th.
