SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--Greetings from sunny California! The trip has been great so far and we are all so happy to be here! Yesterday was a long day of traveling, starting with a bus to Newark and then a six-hour flight to San Francisco.Ms. Kym was very excited for her first airplane trip! It was definitely a long day and we were really happy to finally get to our hotel in Fisherman's Wharf!
Today was 65 degrees and not a cloud in the sky! The team headed out to Stanford for practice and then an afternoon in Palo Alto. It was a great day that ended with a wonderful dinner hosted by LacrosseSportBoard co-chair Jamie Greene. The team, their families and Jamie's daughter Lindsay, enjoyed a wonderful seafood dinner in the heart of Ghirardelli Square over looking the San Francisco Bay! It was truly a wonderful evening -- our thanks go out to the entire Greene family!
As for tomorrow, the team is definitely excited to play! Each team carries a lot of weapons and it promises to be a great game!
