PHILADELPHIA- High School athletes are invited to come spend part of their summer with the 16-time Ivy League champions. Registration is now available for each of Penn Football's five single-day camp clinics at PennFootballCamp.com.
The single-day clinics are open to any player entering grades 9 through 12 in the fall of 2014. This year's camp dates are Thursday, June 25; Friday, June 26; Saturday, June 27; Saturday, July 11; Sunday, July 12; and Friday, July 17.
Kicking and punting specialist camps are incorporated into the June 26 and July 11 camp dates.
This will be the first year the Penn Football camp is run under Ray Priore, who took over as head coach of the Quakers in December. Prior to taking the helm of the Quakers, Priore spent the last 16 seasons as Penn’s defensive coordinator and secondaries coach, and won 10 Ivy League titles. Widely known as one of the best defensive minds in the FCS, Priore added defensive coordinator Bob Benson and offensive coordinator John Reagan to his staff. Benson won three conference titles and was the second-winningest head coach in Georgetown history, while Reagan comes to Penn after four seasons as the offensive coordinator at Rice and Kansas.
In addition to the Penn Coaching Staff, which you can meet here, selected high school/college coaches will assist with each day.
