Robert Wolf W'84 Honored at IFA Dinner

Robert Wolf IFA Bio

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Former Quaker, founder and CEO of 32 Advisors, and a member of President Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, Robert Wolf, W'84, was honored by Penn Athletics and the Ivy Football Association (IFA) at the Seventh IFA Dinner at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City on Thursday.

The IFA Dinner, led by master of ceremonies award-winning journalist Jack Ford, a 1972 graduate of Yale, recognized the on-and off-field achievements of Wolf and the seven other 2013 IFA honorees: Thomas G. Catena, M.D. (Brown '86), Marcellus Wiley (Columbia '97), Tim Ring (Cornell '79), Willie Bogan (Dartmouth '71), Jerry Jordan (Harvard '61), Robert H.B. Baldwin (Princeton '42), Calvin Hill (Yale '69).

The dinner, which was attended by more than 100 current and former Penn Football standouts, featured a speech from each of the honorees.

As a member of the Quakers, Wolf was a letterwinner for the 1983 Ivy League championship team. In his junior year, the Quakers broke a 23-year Ivy title drought and then repeated in 1983 for the first back-to-back Ivy championships in program history. That also started a string of five straight league titles - an unprecedented feat that still hasn't been matched.

For more information on Wolf, who also serves on the Undergraduate Executive Board of the Wharton School and on the Penn Athletics Board of Overseers, see the link atop this release.
