Sprint Football at Princeton Canceled on Friday

PHILADELPHIA - The University of Pennsylvania sprint football team's game against Princeton on Friday, Oct. 31 has been canceled.

A decision was made to cancel the game due to Princeton injuries and number of available players for Friday evening.With the cancellation, the Tigers will forfeit the contestand Penn will end theseason with a 4-3 record.

Penn finishes the season with 1,757 yards of offense -- 1,165 passing and 592 rushing. The Quakers scored seven times through the air and seven times on the ground.

Defensively, the Red and Blue amassed 388 tackles, and prior to the game against Army had held opponents to an average of 17.2 points per game.
