Take a Kid to a Game Day at Penn Football this Weekend

Penn Football returns to Franklin Field this Saturday, September 30th when the Quakers look to start the Ivy League season off with a big win over the Dartmouth Big Green. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. As part of a special NCAA promotion called “Take a Kid to a Game Day,” all kids 12 and under will be admitted free if they wear a team jersey of any kind.

Continuing a Penn tradition, Coach Lake will hit Locust Walk on Friday, September 29th in his helmet car to get the campus pumped for the game. Coach Lake will make stops at Class of 1920s Commons at 12:15 p.m. and Hill House Commons at 12:45 p.m. Don’t miss him!

What better way to start off game day than with a visit to the Quakers Corner Fan Zone located on the corner of 33rd and South streets. The Fan Zone kicks off at 11:30 a.m. and will feature a meet and greet with the Penn Wrestling team, Sumo Wrestling, inflatable games, music, entertainment, and much more! You can also pick up your toast for the third quarter toss.

And once you’ve picked up your toast, put on your game face and show your red and blue pride by cheering on the Quakers to their first Ivy League win of the season!
