Penn fans, if it’s enhanced coverage of the Quakers you crave, then sign up for the Red and Blue resource that provides it, the Penn Sports Network. Established during the 2006-2007 academic year, PSN serves as the broadcasting arm of Penn Athletics, and primarily encompasses radio and on-line/new media, in addition to television.
PSN oversees the production of all radio broadcasts associated with Penn Athletics. Those sports carried on airwaves in the Philadelphia region include Football and Men’s Basketball.
PSN produces all exclusive content available on the official website of Penn Athletics, www.PennAthletics.com. This material includes live and on-demand play-by-play audio and video broadcasts, and audio and video podcast programming.
Penn Athletics partners with The Comcast Network each year to air a select number of men's and women's basketball games. TV schedules can be found on the schedule pages for football and men'a basketball.

How can I watch or listen to the Penn Sports Network on my computer?
PSN on PennAthletics.com is a subscription-based service that offers exclusive live audio and video streaming of football, men’s basketball and select other sports throughout the season. The Penn Sports Network will offer live and archived video and audio of select games throughout the season. The Penn Sports Network will also offer exclusive interviews with coaches and players and behind-the-scenes looks at all 33 Penn Varsity sports.

Vince Curran W’92, SEAS’92 is in his fourth season serving as the full time analyst for Men’s Basketball broadcasts on the Penn Sports Network. Curran lettered three times for the Quakers as a center under then-head coaches Tom Schneider and Fran Dunphy. Since his graduation from Penn, Curran has enjoyed a successful career in real estate brokerage & development. He also provides color commentary for numerous television networks, including CSTV, CN8-The Comcast Network, The mtn.-Mountain West Sports Network, and the Atlantic-10 Network, while appearing frequently on Comcast Sports Net’s Daily News Live.
Brian Seltzer C’07 provides the play-by-play commentary for Penn Football and Men's Basketball radio broadcasts on the Penn Sports Network, and also oversees the development and implementation of new media content for PennAthletics.com. In addition to these duties as Broadcast Coordinator for Penn Athletics, Seltzer serves as the Philadelphia Eagles Beat Reporter for 950 ESPN Radio in Philadelphia, with his coverage receiving the Philadelphia Radio A.I.R. Award for “Best Sports Reporting” in 2006 and 2007. He also co-hosts 950 ESPN Radio's Monday Night Football Live program, featuring the Brian Dawkins Show. Seltzer graduated from Penn in May 2007 with a degree in Political Science, and resides in Philadelphia.
